To break away from the almost mandatory dimensions of ‘the product’ the designers developed one element, a layer
cohesion
DUTCH DESIGN WEEK EINDHOVEN
OCTOBER 2014
The designers took on the challenge to work outside the canvas and presented the research done into the meaning of cohesion: the interrelation between objects, materials, parts and dimensions. To break away from the almost mandatory dimensions of ‘the product’ each of the designers developed one element, a layer. Once together these layers create the foundation of a visual experiment, a spatial experience. This exhibition is a prelude to the next step, a new material, technique or insight.
