Reframed

2013

Dutch Invertuals has been asked to curate an exhibition to showcase The Museum Hilversum collection of prints, drawings and porcelain dating back from 1870 in order to reveal it to the public.

The exhibition “Reframed” hosted by the Hilversum Museum shows new and alternative ways of looking at the collection: black structures reframe the works, outlining connections according to similarities in form, color, style and storyline. In a totally new context, the eighty works complete each other by bringing past and present together in a surprising way.
