Handmade glass cabinet
Made for Alicia Framis & Ailex’s Hybrid House, the cabinet sets handcrafted glass against machine-made aluminium. It’s the tension of the rigid frame that gives the butter- and honey-toned glass its life by pushing it into soft bulbs, and pulling it into tilted, see-through strokes. Where the human and the technological meet, something unexpected takes shape.
A gentle light glows from within, brightening as you open it to reveal your treasured belongings.
